We are a training and consultancy company specializing in OO analysis and design, UML modelling, Model Driven Architecture (MDA), requirements engineering, Java, Ruby on Rails, writing (see Books) and Software Engineering Process design and implementation.

Over the next few months, we will be completely revamping our website. This is partly because our original host, Interlix, who gave us sterling service for many years, has unfortunately closed down, and partly because we've been meaning to do a major overhaul anyway! It's also given us a great opportunity to upgrade to Plone 3.

Looking for SUMR - see STAR!

We've generalized Simple Use case Mark-up Restructured (SUMR) to STAR - Simple Text Annotation Restructured. STAR is a semantic mark-up language for many kinds of documents, not just use cases! At the moment, if you need a copy of STAR, contact us directly - it's not up on our website because of the rework.

Jim is working on a new release of STAR to coincide with our next book "Secrets of Analysis".
